Richard Garey is a licensed architect in New York , New Jersey and Connecticut with reciprocity throughout all 50 U.S. states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam and Canada.

Until Richard Garey completes his architectural licensure in the U.K., he will be offering U.K. clients limited architectural services as outlined in the Architects Act 1997.

In 2004, Richard Garey was awarded a Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University. In the subsequent years, he trained at several architecture offices across the American East Coast. Shortly after retaining his U.S. license, Richard established his own practice.

Richard Garey, R.A. specializes in residential, commercial, recreational, institutional and urban design. Services offered include design, zoning analysis, building code consultation, space programming, construction documents, and construction administration.

In addition to professional practice, Richard has served as a guest critic at Pratt Institute, NYIT, Smith College and the University of Massachusetts.
